If you want to talk about online restaurant reservations, Miyama Restaurant is a great example of a restaurant using online restaurant reservations to good effect. Miyama obviously still receive a lot of phone bookings and walk in trade, but have recently opened up to the idea of taking live online reservations at Miyama City Restaurant.
Miyama have two restaurants in London. Miyama Mayfair and Miyama City. They are a symbol of quality Japanese food across the capital, and have enjoyed much success. They already provide great food and service, but by adding a new nice website and live restaurant reservation system provided by Eveve, Miyama Restaurant have taken the customer experience to another level.
Miyama City Restaurant are currently using the system but is currently unavailable at Miyama Mayfair. Perhaps they will change their mind soon when they see the amoung of online bookings that Miyama City are receiving!
